How has the Global Economic Meltdown affected your Video Gaming?

On his podcast Major Nelson of Xbox.com asked how the global economic meltdown is affecting me. How has the economic meltdown affected me? I think that playing games is a very cost effective form of entertainment. I don’t have any hard data but I feel like I get more quality entertainment hours out of a game than watching TV.
