Complete garbage, don’t waste your time, money, energy, or anything else on this item. Not only is it loud, but it really doesn’t do much. Also, I have personally seen a number of systems have burned connectors after using it for a few months. If you really want something that will cool your XBOX 360 down, try the Laptop Cooler made by Antec. Your XBOX 360 sits on it flat, and it is USB powered so goes right into one of your inputs. It sucks the heat from the bottom and you can usually find them as low as $10-$15 on sale at office supply stores.

I like this cooling devices, this make the playing time even longer, plus the Xbox 360 will lass more. It look great and fit perfect in the back of the Xbox 360.

Within one week after using it, it started acting up.
1) Very Loud
2) One of the fans is even louder than the other 2.
3) Doesn’t always shut off when box is shut off.

2 Stars Worked for a while already broken.
When I got this, the first thing that I noticed is that ALL of the individual screws, the plastic that the screws were on were broken! I would have given it a 1 star, but the reason I gave it 2 is because even though the screws were broken, I could still use this intercooler for about 3 weeks. Then one day I heard a weird high pitched screeching sound in the back of my Xbox 360 and quickly took it off.
The fan is very loud (compared to no fan), and since the screws were broken, I can’t tighten them to fix the screeching noise, so I cannot use it anymore. It was pretty useful while it lasted, because it did keep the Xbox cold, but it was not worth the sound it gave off.
A good alternative to getting this item, is to turn your Xbox 360 vertical, instead of laying on the ground. This was, it would take days for it to overheat, instead of just hours, and you never scratch your disk putting it in (unless you just jam it in recklessly).
1 Stars Not for Xbox Resident Evil
The plug of the Intercooler 360 EX IS NOT compatible with the new XBOX 360 Resident Evil. The plug had a straigt plastic line right beside the 6 electrical pins that hindered me from pluging it in. I went with the black cooling station.
