Yep you read it right ! the right anolog stick after a few weeks just points down without any input ive read another reviewer say he had the same problem and was hoping to get another after the shoddy stock was depleted …well hope you didnt order it when i ordered mine :)overall a nice controller just need more pride in the craftmenship

1 Stars defective product
I purchased from amazon.com the Xbox 360 Pad EX 2 with Turbo - Black and 10 days later this problem started… the right analog stick repeatedly sends signals to the Xbox 360 that the stick is moving down when the stick is in the center position (I am not even touching the controller). other reviewers have had same problem but I bought anyway which was a mistake on my part.

Sent back for money refund. Will buy again months later after the inventory of bad controllers are gone from their stock.

3 Stars Mostly Good
I love the weight, feel and 6-button layout. However, due to some manufacture or design issue, the rapid fire doesn’t work on all buttons. Linking the rapid fire to certain buttons (specifically the ‘A’ on mine) causes a forced D-pad movement. I’m less interested in the rapid fire than the button layout, so I’m ok with it as is.

4 Stars very good controller, officially licensed by Microsoft is the key for me!
i seem to knife alot when trying to fire when using this controller. which may be just me getting use to the controller. i am also having issues with the right analog stick moving straight down when i am not even touching the stick. may have to send it back for a replacement. but other then that i love this controller, very easy to get comfortable with. i am waiting a few more days to see if the issue with the right stick keeps happening. the button layout is good. slightly different spacing then the stock xbox 360 controller, but a few days and this controller feels like home. the turbo buttons work with MW2 very well. m16 and famas are very nice to use, FAL is AWESOME. one thing i have noticed is when you have the turbo on and then use chopper gunner you have to turn the turbo off to get contsant machine gun fire from the chopper as the turbo is like repeated pulling of the trigger instead of just holding it down. the controller seems to be well made, i was leary of the turbo slide on/off switch being kinda fragile but it is holding up nicely with lots of use, and turning it off/on (or i should say from 20 shots per sec to 5 shots per sec) in the middle of the game is easy. even with the small issue of the right stick i would buy again as it does not always happen and it seems to go away after a few seconds.

4 Stars For all you Pad Warriors
Please note.. my experience with this pad is solely for Super Street Fighter IV. When I play other games, I still go back to the original 360 control pad.

For fighting games, it is in my opinion superior to any of the other pads I’ve used (PS3, 360, Mad Catz). The build is very good, very much like the 360 pad. All the buttons and the control pad are really responsive. I like the fact that it has a + control pad rather than a round floating one because I play Guile a lot and charge moves in general are a breeze. This is a personal preference, but I like the smaller buttons (vs Mad Catz) because I have a semi-largish hand and at times have pushed the wrong buttons on accident when using my old Mad Catz. The buttons are closer to size as the 360. For you people who like using analog, it feels looser than the 360, but there is also sensitivity control.

What I don’t like… well, mostly the fact that the shoulder buttons appear both on the shoulder and the face. I would have much preferred it to be hardwired similar to the Mad Catz one even if it meant having 2 less buttons. I would rather use the shoulder buttons as the 3x punch/kick, but as it is now.. I’m forced to use the triggers instead. Luckily the triggers don’t have as much action as the 360 and PS3 triggers and it will register as a button press sooner than the two. Also a con for me, is the placement of the turbo switches. I personally don’t use turbo, so they get in my way. I would have preferred start and back to be placed there instead and the turbo button as far away from sight as possible. I guess one bonus for their placement though.. since they aren’t buttons, accidental pressing of start/back/select is rather difficult.

I’m definitely sticking to this pad.. I play on 360 and the 360’s control pad sucks for fighting games. I’ve already had Mad Catz pads break on me.. so I really don’t have faith in them. This one is built durable and feels like it will last for quite some time.
