I just got my own, slimmed-down Xbox 360 console from the UPS guy the other day, and I must say, I couldn’t be happier. It’s slim, trim, glossy as can be, and oh so quiet. If you’d rather not spend $300 on a new Xbox, though, a cheaper Arcade version probably without a hard drive, like the original Arcade is on course for the fall.

There’s a new listing on Amazon’s Germany Web site that shows a different version of the Xbox 360 slim model - instead of a 250 GB hard drive, this one has a 4 GB drive and it could replace the current Arcade model that has no hard drive at all….

We know that Microsoft is working on an Arcade version of its new Slim 360, and now we may have a glance at some details about the new hardware.
